From California so technically not a champagne of course however this its great value for money.

Fruit and a mild floral character. Aromas of apple and pear balanced with a bouquet of floral nuances. 10% ABV.

Xavier Alexandre Sec NV

This small grower in Champagne has vineyards spread over seven hectares in 10 villages in the Marne which they work sustainably. The vineyards and cellars was passed from father to son and they have been producing Champagne since 1933. The palate offers notes of toasted pineapple and baked apple with toasted hazelnuts. Try pairing this with a tart Tatin or roasted pear. 12%ABV.

Verve Clique Yellow label 

One of the world’s most beloved and recognized champagnes, Yellow Label is a signature of the Veuve Clicquot House. Tattinger Brut Reserve NV Champagne 

Aged in the oldest cellars in Champagne, Taittinger is the official partner of BAFTA and the choice of no other than James Bond. This 90 Parker Point fizz weaves notes of peach, acacia, citrus and honey through the divine bubbles that lead to a beautifully elegant finish. Grape chardonnay, Pinot Noir. 12.5% ABV.

Dom Pérignon vintage champagne

Dom Pérignon who are steeped in tradition and history, who only create vintage wines and use the best grapes from the exceptional years in this and all of their wonderful champagnes.

A perfect balance between the nose and the palate. Its slender, minimalist, pure, toned, athletic character now also expresses itself with warmth. The fruit is pronounced and clear. It is mainly aromatic, grey, smoky and highly promising.
